Designing Orbits: Simulating Space Body Trajectories
Learned about space dynamics and identified a need for an interactive tool to teach satellite orbits through the research involving 2 Astrodynamicist, 2 interns, 3 professors, and 100 students. Insights guided our project direction and goals.
Design facilitated solutions with dev and product teams to create manipulators for satellite orbits, focusing on an engaging educational platform. User feedback helped refine ideas to meet instructors' and students' needs.
Collaboration with dev team a detailed plan for an intuitive, interactive platform for teaching space body behaviors. Incorporated feedback to ensure the platform met educational standards and expectations.
Created a working model featuring core functionalities and interactive simulations. Validate tested with initial user group, refining based on their feedback to improve usability and experience.
Established dev and design agreement to utilize components from the Design System, ensuring consistency and efficiency in building the solution.
